Autism *and* a variety of mental illnesses (and especially ketamine brain damage) and cognitive impairments are caused by NMDA receptor dysfunction. L-Serine is an amino acid which helps push the NMDA receptor open (as a co-agonist) more frequently, allowing glutamate to flow better thru the channel. Then, supplementing with zinc bisglycinate anchors the channel -- if you have enough SHANK protein, which requires supplementing with leucine or BCAAs. This combo increases post-synaptic density for more long-term impact. For more info: https://gemini.google.com/share/179e0670d364

What can you hope taking these things and why do you recommend me to do it

u-dont-exist.com's avatar

Fix your autism and ketamine brain damage by fixing nmda receptor

I don't know if have two but I know I had to take more kétamine at the end for being high.

And I had neurotoxic effects beceause my memory was so catastrophic, but after few months without using it's mainly better.

Even if I don't have this issue should be interesting to try to see what It does on me

I take zinc piccolinate these day, I don't have zinc bysiglinate

u-dont-exist.com's avatar

Picolinate works well for brain

But it's harder on the stomach than bisglycinate

Anyway, take with food

It doesn't seem, I told that I understand L-serine, allow the nmda receptor to be available, so what's the difference between agonist and co-agonist

u-dont-exist.com's avatar

Co-agonist is a unique concept for the nmda receptor. Unlike other receptors, it needs 2 keys to open: 1) glutamate, 2) d-serine (converted from l-serine).

Then it also needs magnesium, which is an antagonist, to prevent all the signal noise from opening the gate too frequently

what is the difference between agonist and co agonist ?

i explained it above... co- means with

you need this key with that key to open the lock

Today, I was thinking about a phenomonon I experience frequently.

I do some research and I discover that this really looks like shutdown crisis that autists have.

That also a reason why I use weed at night (insomnia and anxiety main reasons).

Also at night it's a bit different beceause often I just feel emotional distress and no anger/hatred

I do some research about that and discover it because my friend who is autistic also has similar crisis, I know for him he also has something that looks like meltdown crisis.

If it's true for me that these crisis are from autism, I will be clever with me, because now I know that it's because of my disease and not my fault. I tend to think that I shouldn't feel any anger.

So I start to feel anger/hatred and I feel even angrier to see that I feel this anger.

Also I don't know, because I don't have this as a child/teenager. I was different I guess and I have kind of amnesia of who I was before.

I also have something that autitistic/ADHD people experience is I don't feel the energy to move of doing things

Sometimes I locked my body, I stare into space, and It feels like very difficult to move.

It also asks me an effort to write this for exemple.

I also wondered if these crisis could be related to CNS, because you think I have that.

But these crisis starts around 2 years before.

When my parents puts me in mental hospital, then most nights, I had obscur toughts and I was in emotional distress, then it gradually became part of my life, and now it happens several times a week

Btw what do you think about cannabis for treating autism, because it's a treatment in some European country for that

u-dont-exist.com's avatar

It can be a useful treatment for symptoms, especially CBD and CBG edibles. But it isn't curative
