Start Here for Better Health
The Mainstream medical establishment wants you to believe that there is absolutely no way to detox anything at all, which sounds insane, but yes, they literally do say that!
You can get a lot better help from functional medicine doctors usually, but even they will not know most of what I’m going to tell you in this post. Some functional medicine doctors actually promote vaccines, so avoid those right off the bat. I also have a guide specifically for detoxing the Covid vaccines.
I’ve found a lot of great info from Nedin @ EndSickness.org (but his website is a mess, so check out his YT channel.) He also does health consults. He does go beyond what the evidence actually says sometimes and makes overly broad claims, but he’s a talented investigator and pattern matcher who has helped himself and many others with chronic illnesses doctors couldn’t hel[p with.
A few preliminaries:
Drink Pure Water
I keep forgetting how many people these days do not drink water! To me, it’s impossible to not drink water because I feel quite bad if I just drink other things for a day. But many people don’t pay attention to their health until it declines a lot. Water itself must be filtered correctly, and tap water is almost never drinkable these days. That’s explained more in the middle of the article. There’s a bunch of misinfo floating around including from M.D.s who say that “fluids” are ok regardless of what they are, or some ridiculous health influencers who say water is bad and high dose aspirin is good for you.
Get Deep Sleep
Deep sleep is super critical and getting harder to obtain for people every year, but it’s the main detox and healing mode for the body. I have a guide on how to get better sleep. But sometimes you might need to do some other detox methods before that can happen. Including:
Stop Over-breathing and Mouth-breathing. Many people are breathing thru their mouth at night, and over-breathing during the day partially as a result. This causes poor oxygen utilization and CO2 tolerance, which leads to a host of health problems including blocked detox. I have some more info in my breathwork post.
Get Rid of Mold…?
Most people these days have to deal with mold in their house due to shoddy construction practices and materials, as well as a focus on saving energy by sealing everything air-tight rather than allowing air flow. It’s gotten to the point that most people can’t even seem to smell when something is moldy anymore, because mold (and dust) is their natural environment. There are simple petri dish home test kits you can get to check, but make sure to put them in the closet with your clothes, not just on the table. Mold growing on the dish doesn’t actually tell you much, because outdoor air also has mold, but it can help if you compare indoor with outdoor. And it helps to get the mold tested to see how toxic that type is.
Different molds have different levels of toxicity. Some people are super sensitive also. And even folks like me who aren’t sensitive to mold are accumulating mold burdens. When the toxic load becomes too much, you can suddenly come down with MCAS or some other chronic illness because it was the straw that broke the camel’s back (your liver can’t detox anymore). You can see Nedin’s success story (or one of them) here:
Remediating a moldy house can be super expensive, can backfire if not done intelligently, and sometimes moving into a non-moldy house is actually cheaper than gutting all the moldy walls and so forth. Personally I’d rather sleep outside with a mosquito net and a rain shelter if the climate isn’t so bad.
But practically speaking, if you can’t properly remediate or move to a tested non-moldy house, there are some things that I personally do (since at the very moment when writing this I’m in a moldy house, although hope to move soon). These practices are also prophylactic to prevent mold and mold toxicity:
Prevent breathing in the mold that’s there: Focus especially on the rooms that are most likely to be moldy, like bedrooms or laundry rooms (where clothes may accumulate and grow mold). The bedroom is also the most health-impacting room usually because you need fresh clean air to heal while in deep sleep,
You should make sure to have a high-quality, third-party certified “True HEPA” filter, ideally connected to a Decentralized Energy Recovery Ventilator that brings fresh air in from outside while filtering it, since even filtered indoor air can still be stale. The cheapo fix is just to open all the windows and doors all the time if you’re not worried about criminals or outside pollution. Most HEPA air filters are marketing hype junk. Gemini is good for finding models, then you can check the models it suggests in ChatGPT on Extra High thinking to ensure they are “true HEPA.” Make sure the capacity is enough for the room or house, and change the filters every 6 months or as they get clogged. One study found that HEPA filters boosted cognition by 12%, but that’s actually less than the benefit you could get, because their filers weren’t working that well.
Dehumidify your room to prevent mold growth, but keep enough humidity for healthy mucous membranes. Mold grows best above 50-60% humidity. Below 40% humidity, most people develop problems from mucous membrane irritation. Try to aim for the lowest humidity that doesn’t cause your sinuses to feel too dry.
Get a hygrometer to have an accurate humidity reading, especially by your bed to ensure your air isn’t too dry. Consider having a small humidifier near your bed while keeping the rest of the house at lower humidity.
Put a hygrometer in your closets and inside your bed or other cloth furniture, because air in the middle of the room can be dry while surface moisture remains high enough to create mold.
Open the closets rather than keeping them closed, and put lots of silica gel packets between the clothes to absorb moisture (then put the packets into dehydrator once moist to reuse again). You can’t capture all the moisture from a room with those silica gel packets, but they can be useful in more enclosed spaces.
Wash all clothes & linens in closets regularly, even if unused, especially if they smell at all off. You can’t just use the sun to kill mold, because it doesn’t remove the mycotoxins.
Air conditioners are a huge mold problem. While an air conditioner also can dehumidify, most air conditioners aren’t self-cleaning, and even the best indoor/outdoor split freeze/flush self-cleaning ones still need you to check them every so often to avoid mold accumulation in the water trays, tubings, and cooling fins. Most air conditioners thus spew mold out rather than reducing it, which is one reason that many people feel they get sick when sleeping with AC.
The other reasons people get sick from AC: most AC circulates stale indoor air, reduces humidity below 40% which harms mucous membranes, if angled improperly, blows air directly into your face which can cause excessive dry eyes and sinuses especially while sleeping.
Detoxing mycotoxins in your body
Raw (esp. fermented) colostrum is on of Nedin’s top remedies:
H2O2 supplementation and/or nebulizing can make a huge difference.
Detox your liver, improve phase II detoxification pathways, & improve gallbladder function with NAC, Milk thistle, choline (pastured eggs), artichoke leaf, dandelion root, decaf coffee, TUDCA, celery leaves, and even liver flushes if warranted.
Exercise section below will explain that.
Avoid herbs linked to hepatic dysfunction like ashwagandha, kava kava, high dose EGCG, high dose highly absorbable curcumin with piperine, He Show Wou, Chaparral, Germander, Comfrey.
The Nose Knows?
Almost tied with improving sleep, is improving your sense of smell & taste. If your sense of smell is bad, you can’t tell when stuff is moldy or plastic-y (try smelling the water in an older plastic bottle of spring water at the store).
Some people actually can technically smell these, but they’re so used to it that they no longer pay attention. Research shows that poor sense of smell makes you about 4x more likely to have neurological problems.
Better smell will help you sleep better also, because you will no longer be sleeping on dirty and moldy pillow cases, in moldy air conditioning, etc.
Some causes & treatments of poor smell:
Industrial cooking oil: One of the most common things I find in unhealthy people is they can’t smell or taste rancid (oxidized) oil. That’s most likely because they’ve been consuming deodorized rancid oil, which is what everyone uses as cheap cooking oil. They call it “vegetable” or “seed” oil in general. If you ever eat out, you’re eating this junk. It also causes photosensitivity.
It takes a few years to fully eliminate oxidized oils from your cells because they are literally made up of that. But you will probably notice you don’t sunburn much anymore after you give up oxidized oils for a while and your cells regenerate. You’ll notice improved overall health though, mainly.
Sinusitis: This can also be caused by having poor sense of smell, leading to not realizing you’re breathing in mold all the time and infecting your sinuses. Nasal irrigation with Quinton Seawater is one of the best solutions to this. It’s not just salt water. It contains numerous bacteriophages which are natural viruses that eat bacteria. It also contains fungophages that eat mold, although this is less-well studied than bacteriophages. As noted in mold section above, make sure your air is also not too dry, as that irritates the sinuses.
Long-covid: If you have long-covid, that’s another well-known cause of poor olfaction. The Quinton seawater irrigation would have prevented Covid in the first place, and it may help now, but what seems to help a lot with this issue is niacin and N-acetylcysteine as explained in my vax detox guide linked above.
Exercise is Irreplaceable
Physical exercise provides mechanical, metabolic, and neural drivers that no dietary intervention or supplement can replicate. Movement acts as the primary pump for the lymphatic system, needed to circulate interstitial fluid and move cellular waste toward central drainage ducts.
Primary toxin clearance relies on enzymatic and filtration mechanics, especially in the liver. Aerobic exercise and strength training improve hepatic microvascular density and reduce visceral fat (which not only suffocates but also accumulates toxins) around the liver (and other organs). You can also prevent visceral fat production by reducing consumption of carbs and liquid fructose, and especially alcohol,
Exercise also activates secondary clearance routes across the skin and central nervous system. Sweating is a toxin clearance system par excellence. But sweating from exercise specifically excretes trace toxic metals like lead and cadmium more effectively than just sitting in a hot car. Working out also accelerates glymphatic waste clearance (glymphatic is your brain’s lymphatics).

“Just give me something”
While health is not purely obtainable from any medicine, there are some that can be quite beneficial even as you start working on the basic foundations. I’m ranking these based on the risk/benefit and likelihood to help that I’ve seen:
Raw bovine colostrum (esp. fermented) as you saw in Nedin’s video above.
DMSO or dimethylsulfoxide is a panacea for many conditions. I find it exceptionally good at cleansing the brain especially when nebulized. Check the link there for the warnings and other stuff it works for.
Humic+fulvic acid is incredible for detox, energy, focus, boosting immune system. Personally, I don’t get the benefits from eating it, only from smelling it (literally going from starting to get sick to feeling perfect in minutes). Although I haven’t yet tried this liposomal one people say works better. I do get even more benefits from eating it than smelling it IF I’m on ayahuasca. It’s really incredible how many people are benefiting from this super safe dirty cheap natural supplement yet it’s relatively unknown!
Low-dose naltrexone is a safe panacea which works well for many people. I’d start below 1 mcg and work up to see the lowest dose that works well without side effects.
Ivermectin is another panacea that some people have found works well for MCAS and even PTSD (at higher doses), among all the other things it helps.
KPV peptide helps with gut inflammation, neuroinflammation, and MCAS (which is related to those also). My friend Andy got so much benefit from KPV and other peps for his MCAS that he started selling them.
Tirzepatide (low dose, 1.25mg), helps with a wide variety of health issues including MCAS, but it does have chronic toxicity and tolerability issues, so it should be a last resort IMO, although lower doses should be safer.
Address Dietary & Environmental Toxins
You can’t put out a fire while pouring gasoline on it. That includes inflammatory foods, toxins, and environmental stressors that keep immune cells activated 24/7.
Remove inflammatory triggers:
Sensitivities:
Grains, especially glutenous grains, and especially inorganic glyphosate-laced grains, the worst of which are oats, which have 10x more glyphosate than other grains. Note: glycine has been promoted to help detox glyphosate theoretically, but it does not seem to work. And recent research shows glyphosate is more dangerous than we previously understood even at common levels.
Common allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs — especially in leaky gut) — then try to fix these sensitivities with the tips below.
Histamine and biogenic amines — from long Covid or the covid vax or just the Covid spike protein shedding, parasite cleansing, aged cheese, wine, cured meats, ferments, vinegar, fish, and so on. You might feel it as anxiety or insomnia, or you might notice random congestion. Taking supplemental DAO enzyme can help tremendously. Vit B-6, copper, vit C are co-factors that should be taken with DAO.
.
FODMAPs — which stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, And Polyols. Basically diff types of sugars that some people don't have the right bacteria to digest. Check the list of FODMAPs online... some are: garlic, onion, wheat, beans, apples, sugar alcohols. This is the most common bloating/brain-fog driver in SIBO/IBS, so try eliminating these from your diet and see how you feel especially if you have those gut probs.
Sulfites — found in wine and often added to dried fruit. These are an asthma and headache trigger (though histamine is often the bigger wine factor, not to mention the alcohol). If you’re low in sulfite oxidase enzyme or molybdenum (a mineral), that could cause sulfite sensitivitiy.
Tyramine — this amino acid is a normal part of the diet, but it's highest in aged cheese, cured meats, fermented soy. Can cause migraines, or if you’re slow COMT, you might feel too amped up.
Caffeine — slow CYP1A2 folks will notice caffeine lasts longer in their system, and they’re more likely to have anxiety, heart palpitations, BP spikes, and insomnia.
Reflux irritants — if you get heartburn, try avoiding high-fat meals, coffee, mint, chocolate, alcohol, capsaicin, citrus... I had a bad case of heartburn for a while years ago, and it turned out to be overconsumption of industrial milk. I switched to A2/A2 local milk and was fine after that. Idk if it’s because of the A1/A2 casein question or because of all the hormones and drugs and pesticides in industrial dairy farming. I also had to be very careful with not bending over, and sleeping on 2 pillows to avoid laying flat, for a few weeks, because the lower esophageal sphincter can’t tighten up while acid is still getting past it.
Glycemic swings from refined carbs — this can show up as fatigue, sleepiness, irritability, and really all types of other conditions including MCAS symptoms seem connected. Chaga mushroom helped me a few times when i had pre-diabetes. Insulin sensitivity restored within a day from high dose chaga. If i just avoided carbs, that also worked but took longer. Check your fasting glucose, it should be below 72-85, and after eating it shouldn’t go above 100. With proper digestion speed it should go back down in a couple hours. The standard for healthy glucose levels is set too high.
Tannins blocking iron — if you’re already anemic or low on iron, avoid drinking tea or coffee with meals.
Oxalates: highest in spinach, rhubarb, swiss chard, beet greens, soy, in that order, but other foods also have them. This one’s real hard to understand because symptoms could come days after eating a high-oxalate meal, or even if you abruptly stop eating them. Symptoms include joint pain, fatigue and brain fog, skin eruptions esp when sweating, burning stool, grainy or sandy-looking poop, burning when peeing, digestive problems of all sorts, Oxalobacter probiotic, P5P form of vit B-6, and vinegar/lemon can help improve oxalate processing.
B vitamins forms: People respond differently to different B vitamin forms depending on their genetics. For example, the cheapest form of folate (B-9), synthetic folic acid, is thrown into fortified flour and most multivitamins. Slow methylators, including those with MTHFR gene, as well as older people or those with poor absorption, accumulate unmetabolized folic acid, which can cause fatigue, brain fog, depression, and a host of other symptoms.
Methylated B vitamins (methylfolate, methylcobalamin), on the other hand, can over-stimulate slow-COMT folk or undermethylators (which is paradoxical), leading to anxiety, agitation, insomnia, racing thoughts. If this happens, taking TMG (trimethylglycine / betaine) and Niacin (B3) can help. Folinic acid is the form of B-9 which has been found to reverse autism symptoms at 50mg/day, but it is also not tolerated so well usually by those who don’t tolerate methylated forms.
For vitamin B6: P5P (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) is the active form. Some people don’t convert well from pyridoxine. Excess pyridoxine HCl causes peripheral neuropathy. Most multis contain pyridoxine, which is best to avoid in general IMO.
Salicylates: Foods high in salicylates include berries, tomatoes, grapes/raisins, apples, peppers, dried fruits, various spices, tea, coffee, wine and beer. Aspirin and other NSAIDs, Pepto-Bismol. Those sensitive to salicylates can have skin reactions, breathing problems, GI probs, headaches, fatigue and brain fog.
Goitrogens: raw cruciferous veggies are the main food source. These block iodine and thyroid function. Taking extra iodine and selenium can help if you’re sensitive to these.
Lectins: found especially in beans, seeds, grains, nightshades. Might actually help prevent cancer, but can cause gut barrier dysfunction for some autoimmune-prone people.
Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): AGEs are what ages you! These are formed by dry-heating foods beyond a certain point (once it turns brown, it’s full of AGEs). When I eat anything that’s a bit too toasted/roasted/fried, my insulin sensitivity drops instantly and dramatically until I fix it with chaga mushroom powder. Vitamin B-6 (P5P form) also helps to deal with AGEs, but the best thing is to avoid them. Never eat anything browned.
GMOs & Inorganic food — yes, pesticides are extremely bad for you. Keep in mind that “organic” pesticides can also be bad for you (for example, Bt toxin). It’s better to grow your own food or know your farmers. Imported spices often treated with ethylene oxide, banned in EU.
Factory-farmed animal products: these are depleted of nutrients and full of drugs and vaccines.
MOAH — mineral oil hydrocarbons from recycled-cardboard packaging into pasta, cereal, cocoa.
Ultra-processed foods, and especially industrial refined or reused oils of any kind. Most olive and avocado oil is mixed with other junk, do proper brand vetting. Microbial transglutaminase is a toxic binder in reformed/restructured meats, processed meats, which causes autoimmune issues.
Eat a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet, and include super foods like broccoli sprouts, kelp, natto, ecklonia cava, liposomal colostrum, liposomal curcumin + black pepper, medicinal mushrooms, bee pollen.
Mycotoxins, highest in these ranked foods: 1) Corn and other grains, 2) peanuts, 3) coffee, 4) cottonseed (used in animal feed, ends up in milk), 5. dried spices, 6. hulled seeds and tree nuts (except cashew and macadamia). Any soft food like bread must be discarded if even one moldy spot found. Sweet potato black rot / dark soft spots — ipomeamarone, hepatotoxic, not destroyed by cooking. Discard whole tuber.
Mold already discussed in the beginning.
Toxins in water (fluoride, chlorine, microplastics, PFAS (treatable with organic oats or mushrooms), lead, arsenic, nitrate) — use a good R/O system, distilled water (but add minerals sometimes), or tested spring/well/rain water. Get a whole-house filter so you aren’t poisoning yourself in the shower and when washing dishes.
Teflon and other PFAS and PFOS, micro and especially nanoplastics (eat broccoli sprouts, kimchi, and NAC/boost glutathione to detox plastics, reduce use, never heat).
Toxic metals are found in cookware (aluminum and Chinese stainless steel), tin foil, antiperspirants, dental fillings, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, toothpaste. Take ozonated zeolite or ZeoCharge zeolite to gently remove toxic metals.
Lead — found in old plumbing installed before 1986, especially the first water from those taps. Also in brass fixtures, imported spices (especially turmeric), ceramic glazes, folk remedies, imported candies, old paint dust.
Arsenic — highest in rice products (esp. brown), seafood, hijiki seaweed, fruit juices, anything grown in contaminated soil, including contaminated groundwater. Causes all kinds of disease. If using rice, boil with 10 parts water and dump the excess water off.
Mercury — Elemental mercury is high in “silver” fillings, dental offices, and buildings which used to be used as dental offices. Ethylmercury is used to preserve some vaccines, especially multidose vials. Highest food sources of organic methylmercury are shark, swordfish, king mackerel, marlin, bigeye tuna, tilefish. Favor salmon, sardines, anchovies, herring, trout.
Nickel — oats, cocoa, soy, leafy greens; eczema flares.
Cadmium — cocoa, leafy greens (especially daily spinach), sunflower seeds, oysters, organ meats, plant protein powders.
ELF-EMFs (electrical anything, power lines, WiFi routers, phones near head/body, smart meters, wireless earbuds, wearable trackers). Turn off any devices you can especially when sleeping, and ideally live far from a city. Use the EMF protector I reviewed here.
Avoid artificial scents or air fresheners or laundry products.
Blue/white light after dark suppresses melatonin — which is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory molecules your body produces. Use red/amber light at night and limit screen time. Your phone and computer both have night light settings. Turn them on.
Toxic people and society, toxic emotional-thought spirals, toxic stress in general. Follow my mindset guide. For the toxic people and society, think carefully about what life you want to live and where.
Open Drainage Pathways Before Attacking Pathogens
If drainage pathways are blocked, toxins build up and confuse the immune system — leading to chronic inflammation, histamine intolerance, and hypersensitivity reactions.
Drainage Pathways to Support:
Liver & bile flow: soft-boiled, pastured eggs, the more the better (but start with 1—and check for H2S SIBO if intolerant). If you can’t get enough eggs for some reason, you can try: castor oil packs, bitters (dandelion, gentian, syrian rue), coffee enemas, TUDCA, taurine, phosphatidylcholine, milk thistle, and liver flush.
Lymphatic system: Masseter Jaw Massage, then Big 6 Lymphatic Massage, rebounding, dry brushing, hot tub, Top Magic Devices, cupping, gentle fascia movement, breathwork
Glymphatic system (brain lymphatic) can be supported in the same ways but especially with deep sleep as mentioned at top. 40hz isochronic tones can also be helpful.
Kidneys: chanca piedra leaf, nettle leaf, cleavers, lemon water, parsley tea, shilajit, high potassium intake (avocado, coconut water, not high dose potassium supplements as they can be dangerous)
Colon: magnesium citrate, psyllium husk, triphala, enemas & colon hydrotherapy, sibo yogurt, short-chain fatty acids.
Skin: sweating via exercise, hot tub, detox baths (epsom salt, bentonite, zeolite), hot/cold contrast hydrotherapy (if your heart can handle it)
Add binders like activated charcoal, fulvic acid, and a proper zeolite to reduce detox “flare-ups.”
Start gently and open all those pathways before initiating anti-pathogen, anti-inflammatory, or heavy detox phases. Terrain must flow to heal.
Parasites?? Trigger Warning!
First, let’s talk a bit about this bizarre topic of parasites. Actually, natural biological parasites are normal (synthetic ones from Moderna, are not, and should be addressed with different means). What’s bizarre is that people are afraid to even think about how to address their parasite load or look at their own poop. I even got banned on my old YouTube account for posting a video on this because people reported me. Since parasites can control your mind to help their spread, it actually does make sense that people who are full of parasites don’t want to think about how to remove them.
By now we all probably have heard that parasites have killed more people than all wars combined, but …
But First-Worlders Don’t Have Parasites, Right?
The first thing that many people don’t understand about parasites is that everyone has them. Any doctor who says you don’t have parasites is an uneducated fool. That’s like saying you don’t have any viruses, bacteria, or yeast in your body. It’s literally impossible.
Consider that 50-80% of people in Western countries with cats as pets have Toxoplasma gondii infections (toxoplasmosis, which is also spread by eating undercooked meat/fish, and unprotected sex). And in 2011, scientists discovered that this parasite not only makes you more sexually impulsive, addictive, and perverted, but actually makes you appear more attractive! From my research, the best herb to cure this is thyme. I have a friend who owns 2 cats and he was an alcoholic until he started on thyme oil capsules. Many people find that when they cleanse parasites and pathogens, their addictions fall away without effort.
And then we have this large scary thing called Rope Worms, which many people have noticed coming out of them when heavily cleansing, but there has been a lot of debate about whether they are actually parasites or just gut lining sheddings. Here is some research indicating they are actually parasitic.
On the other hand, even those who do understand that part of things, often do not understand the benefit we get from many parasites. The benefit is that they eat all kinds of toxins that we are exposed to or consume, so that our body can continue to survive. So we should be thankful for that aspect, but if the garbage collectors leave all the garbage in our home, it’s not super useful, is it? We need to push them out on a regular basis after we thank them for doing their job!
Remove Mouth Pathogens & Toxins
This post is super critical:
Whole-Body Parasite Removal Protocols
These same doctors who claim you almost definitely don’t have parasites will say, “Well if you do have parasites, just take these 3 meds (ivermectin, albendazole, praziquantel) and it will take care of everything… "
In my own experience, those pharma drugs are not very effective for most parasites (although ivermectin and fenbendazole are very good for some) and there are toxicity concerns with most pharma anti-parasitic drugs. Ivermectin and fenbendazole do have anti-cancer benefits worth considering, though.
To be fair, ivermectin cured my scabies infection very fast, without side effects. I do believe in taking ivermectin every now and then, but it’s just not a silver bullet for all parasites. What worked for my life-threatening schistosomiasis in 1 hr was roselle tea. (Praziquantel, the mainstream medical treatment for schistosomiasis, has been used so long, and with such a narrow mechanism of action, that it isn't super effective anymore, and plus it causes cancer.) What worked for a very nasty bloody gut parasite I got from Delhi street food was 1tbsp activated charcoal boiled in water for 1 minute.
What worked for all of my other parasitic infections is/was taking low dose “Soma”. I take this combo daily for general health. But that Soma is psychedelic (unless you use baby Acacia confusa tree bark!), and the mental/emotiona/spiritual benefits are so much deeper if you’re already clean, so let’s see if we can use a more recently discovered, non-psychoactive and safe remedy…
H2O2: The Panacea for Allergies, Pathogens *and* Parasites?
More info on H2O2 here.
Inducing fever
A great health hack that costs nothing is induced fever. It ramps up your immune system and even helped cure end-stage cancer for Dr. Vladimir Zelenko. This is also great for the skin, cellulite, detox, and burning calories. If you don’t have a sauna or hot tub, you can just wrap a bunch of blankets around you. The goal is to get to about 104F in body temperature so keep a thermometer in your mouth. If you go above 105F you can have seizures so it is important to keep hydrated and not be too hot. 103-104F is around when you start sweating profusely. If you aren’t sweating then you aren’t hot enough. It helps to have someone with you who can make sure you are not getting too hot and delirious. The Haoma protocol often induces excess sweating at some point also, interestingly.
Replenishing The Good Guys
Although H2O2 is not going to kill all your good bacteria, it can get rid of some, and you probably didn’t have a lot of the good ones in there to begin with if you’re full of baddies that won the battles. Some people have turned to Transpoosions in desperation (difficult to do safely), but SIBO Yogurt is a much safer alternative which has helped tons of people with all kinds of medical issues. I plan to start providing something like this for folks who don’t have the energy to make it themselves, but it’s pretty simple.
Cleansing non-pathogen toxins out
There are some things like ZHoly3O, niacin, low-dose NAD+ (I don’t recommend high dose NAD+ infusions), N-acetylcysteine, raw ACV, and especially Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO info here), which are very helpful for getting rid of metals and other chemical toxins that are not alive. Note that some toxic metals are also necessary nutrients at lower doses: Calcium, Iron, and Copper.
These cleansers can all be consumed orally (DMSO must be diluted).
To maximize the impact of DMSO on the brain without getting such a large dose in the body to cause bad odors and insomnia, I mix 50% DMSO with water (or also with some raw ACV but without the bottom cloudy “mother” layer) and nebulize or hot mist that into my nose, holding it as much as I can in my lungs, and repeating. This cleans the brain out of all kinds of junk, and once it is clean you feel a super sparkly clear high. DMSO also turns bad trips good instantly and has been found superior to all kinds of psychiatric meds. It actually has 200-300 known medical uses, and there are numerous books written on it. Most nebulizers sold these days are junk and break quickly, so either hot mist it, or buy an Olive-brand nebulizer (I resell genuine ones).
Rebuild the Gut Barrier
I wrote more on this topic here.
Are You Too Toxic To Detox?
If you’ve already done the lymphatic drainage steps but you’re still too sensitive to any supplements, you should be extra careful when trying to “get better fast.” You might consider trying things like 20-second hugs, loving kindness meditation & inner child therapy, steam saunas, yoga, nature walks, and deep sleep and clean diet, instead of potent supplements. Gemini has additional in-depth suggestions on this topic.
On the other hand, if your doctors all find absolutely nothing wrong with you, then you might consider doing a blinded test to see if it’s just all in your head. To do this, you need to first get the supplement that you know causes you to feel bad (but not so bad that it’s dangerous to take). Then you have to craft a placebo pill that is indistinguishable to that one. Same color, smell, taste. It’s easy with food-grade hydrogen peroxide because you can just dilute it down to a very low concentration. Now, do 5 trials in which your friend gives you a random real or fake supplement. See if you can tell if it’s real or fake by your senses. If not, then you can actually take the supplement and see how it affects you. After 5 trials of that you can be pretty sure whether the problem is just in your mind or it’s really physiological.

Gemini just fixed my diet. It's not actually smart enough tho so you have to be smart yourself otherwise you'll get poisoned with mycotoxins. But i learned: always put your seeds in water and remove the moldy floating ones. Never buy shelled pumpkin seeds. They are invisibly moldy.
