The Mainstream medical establishment wants you to believe that there is absolutely no way to detox anything at all, which sounds insane, but yes, they literally do say that!
You can get a lot better help from functional medicine doctors usually, but even they will not know most of what Iโm going to tell you in this post. Some functional medicine doctors actually promote vaccines, so avoid those right off the bat. I also have a guide specifically for detoxing the Covid vaccines.
The most important detox you can do is to get sufficient high quality deep sleep. But, sometimes you might need to do some other detox methods before that can happen.

If drainage pathways are blocked, toxins build up and confuse the immune system โ leading to chronic inflammation, histamine intolerance, and hypersensitivity reactions.
Drainage Pathways to Support:
Liver & bile flow: soft-boiled, pastured eggs, the more the better (but start with 1โand check for H2S SIBO if intolerant). If you canโt get enough eggs for some reason, you can try: castor oil packs, bitters (dandelion, gentian, syrian rue), coffee enemas, TUDCA, taurine, phosphatidylcholine, milk thistle, and liver flush.
Lymphatic system: Masseter Jaw Massage, then Big 6 Lymphatic Massage, rebounding, dry brushing, hot tub, Top Magic Devices, cupping, gentle fascia movement, breathwork
Kidneys: nettle leaf, cleavers, lemon water, parsley tea, shilajit, high potassium intake (avocado, coconut water, not high dose potassium supplements as they can be dangerous)
Colon: magnesium citrate, psyllium husk, triphala, enemas, sibo yogurt, short-chain fatty acids
Skin: sweating via exercise, hot tub, detox baths (epsom salt, bentonite, zeolite), hot/cold contrast hydrotherapy (if your heart can handle it)
Add binders like activated charcoal, fulvic acid, and a proper zeolite to reduce detox โflare-ups.โ
Start gently and open all 5 pathways before initiating anti-pathogen, anti-inflammatory, or heavy detox phases. Terrain must flow to heal.
Address Dietary & Environmental Toxins
You canโt put out a fire while pouring gasoline on it. That includes inflammatory foods, toxins, and environmental stressors that keep immune cells activated 24/7.
Remove inflammatory triggers:
Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): AGEs are what ages you! These are formed by dry-heating foods beyond a certain point (once it turns brown, itโs full of AGEs). When I eat anything thatโs a bit too toasted/roasted/fried, my insulin sensitivity drops instantly and dramatically until I fix it with chaga mushroom powder. Vitamin B-6 (P5P form) also helps to deal with AGEs, but the best thing is to avoid them. Never eat anything browned.
GMOs & Inorganic food โ yes, pesticides are extremely bad for you. Keep in mind that โorganicโ pesticides can also be bad for you (for example, Bt toxin). Itโs better to grow your own food or know your farmers.
Ultra-processed foods, and especially industrial refined oils of any kind.
Eat a healthy, anti-inflammatory diet, and include super foods like broccoli sprouts, kelp, natto, ecklonia cava, liposomal colostrum, liposomal curcumin + black pepper, medicinal mushrooms, bee pollen.
Grains, especially glutenous grains, and especially inorganic glyphosate-laced grains, the worst of which are oats, which have 10x more glyphosate than other grains. Supplement with glycine to reduce glyphosate toxicity you already have.
Common allergens (gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs โ especially in leaky gut) โ then try to fix these sensitivities with the tips below
Mycotoxins, highest in these ranked foods: 1) Corn and other grains, 2) peanuts, 3) coffee, 4) cottonseed (used in animal feed, ends up in milk), 5. dried spices, 6. hulled seeds and tree nuts (except cashew and macadamia).
Mold infests 2/3 of all homes constructed (test your air). If you do have any mold toxicity you can remedy that with dilute food-grade H2O2, as well as ZHoly3O.
Toxins in water (fluoride, chlorine, microplastics, PFAS, lead, arsenic) โ use a good R/O system, distilled water (but add minerals sometimes), or tested spring/well/rain water. Get a whole-house filter so you arenโt poisoning yourself in the shower and when washing dishes.
Teflon and other PFAS and PFOS, toxic metals (cookware, foil, antiperspirants, vaccines, pharmaceuticals), micro and especially nanoplastics (eat broccoli sprouts and NAC/boost glutathione to detox plastics).
ELF-EMFs (electrical anything, power lines, WiFi routers, phones near head/body, smart meters, wireless earbuds, wearable trackers). Turn off any devices you can especially when sleeping, and ideally live far from a city. Use the EMF protector I reviewed here.
Avoid artificial scents or air fresheners or laundry products.
Blue/white light after dark suppresses melatonin โ which is one of the most powerful anti-inflammatory molecules your body produces. Use red/amber light at night and limit screen time. Your phone and computer both have night light settings. Turn them on.

Stop Over-breathing and Mouth-breathing
Many people are breathing thru their mouth at night, and over-breathing during the day partially as a result. This causes poor oxygen utilization and CO2 tolerance, which leads to a host of health problems including blocked detox. I have some more info in my breathwork post.
Parasites?? Trigger Warning!
First, letโs talk a bit about this bizarre topic of parasites. Actually, natural biological parasites are normal (synthetic ones from Moderna, are not, and should be addressed with different means). Whatโs bizarre is that people are afraid to even think about how to address their parasite load or look at their own poop. I even got banned on my old YouTube account for posting a video on this because people reported me. Since parasites can control your mind to help their spread, it actually does make sense that people who are full of parasites donโt want to think about how to remove them.
By now we all probably have heard that parasites have killed more people than all wars combined, but โฆ
But First-Worlders Donโt Have Parasites, Right?
The first thing that many people donโt understand about parasites is that everyone has them. Any doctor who says you donโt have parasites is an uneducated fool. Thatโs like saying you donโt have any viruses, bacteria, or yeast in your body. Itโs literally impossible.
Consider that 50-80% of people in Western countries with cats as pets have Toxoplasma gondii infections (toxoplasmosis, which is also spread by eating undercooked meat/fish, and unprotected sex). And in 2011, scientists discovered that this parasite not only makes you more sexually impulsive, addictive, and perverted, but actually makes you appear more attractive! From my research, the best herb to cure this is thyme. I have a friend who owns 2 cats and he was an alcoholic until he started on thyme oil capsules. Many people find that when they cleanse parasites and pathogens, their addictions fall away without effort.
And then we have this large scary thing called Rope Worms, which many people have noticed coming out of them when heavily cleansing, but there has been a lot of debate about whether they are actually parasites or just gut lining sheddings. Here is some research indicating they are actually parasitic.
On the other hand, even those who do understand that part of things, often do not understand the benefit we get from many parasites. The benefit is that they eat all kinds of toxins that we are exposed to or consume, so that our body can continue to survive. So we should be thankful for that aspect, but if the garbage collectors leave all the garbage in our home, itโs not super useful, is it? We need to push them out on a regular basis after we thank them for doing their job!

These same doctors who claim you almost definitely donโt have parasites will say, โWell if you do have parasites, just take these 3 meds (ivermectin, albendazole, praziquantel) and it will take care of everythingโฆ "
In my own experience, those pharma drugs are not very effective for most parasites (although ivermectin and fenbendazole are very good for some) and there are toxicity concerns with most pharma anti-parasitic drugs. Ivermectin and fenbendazole do have anti-cancer benefits worth considering, though.
To be fair, ivermectin cured my scabies infection very fast, without side effects. I do believe in taking ivermectin every now and then, but itโs just not a silver bullet for all parasites. What worked for my life-threatening schistosomiasis in 1 hr was roselle tea. (Praziquantel, the mainstream medical treatment for schistosomiasis, has been used so long, and with such a narrow mechanism of action, that it isn't super effective anymore, and plus it causes cancer.) What worked for a very nasty bloody gut parasite I got from Delhi street food was 1tbsp activated charcoal boiled in water for 1 minute.
What worked for all of my other parasitic infections is/was taking low dose โSomaโ. I take this combo daily for general health. But that Soma is psychedelic (unless you use baby Acacia confusa tree bark!), and the mental/emotiona/spiritual benefits are so much deeper if youโre already clean, so letโs see if we can use a more recently discovered, non-psychoactive and safe remedyโฆ

Replenishing The Good Guys
Although H2O2 is not going to kill all your good bacteria, it can get rid of some, and you probably didnโt have a lot of the good ones in there to begin with if youโre full of baddies that won the battles. Some people have turned to Transpoosions in desperation, but SIBO Yogurt is a much safer alternative which has helped tons of people with all kinds of medical issues. I plan to start providing something like this for folks who donโt have the energy to make it themselves, but itโs pretty simple.
Cleansing non-pathogen toxins out
There are some things like ZHoly2O, niacin, N-acetylcysteine, raw ACV, and especially Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO info here), which are very helpful for getting rid of metals and other chemical toxins that are not alive. Note that some toxic metals are also necessary nutrients at lower doses: Calcium, Iron, and Copper.
These cleansers can all be consumed orally (DMSO must be diluted).
To maximize the impact of DMSO on the brain without getting such a large dose in the body to cause bad odors and insomnia, I mix 50% DMSO with water (or also with some raw ACV but without the bottom cloudy โmotherโ layer) and nebulize or hot mist that into my nose, holding it as much as I can in my lungs, and repeating. This cleans the brain out of all kinds of junk, and once it is clean you feel a super sparkly clear high. DMSO also turns bad trips good instantly and has been found superior to all kinds of psychiatric meds. It actually has 200-300 known medical uses, and there are numerous books written on it. Most nebulizers sold these days are junk and break quickly, so either hot mist it, or buy an Olive-brand nebulizer (I resell genuine ones).

Are You Too Toxic To Detox?
If youโve already done the lymphatic drainage steps but youโre still too sensitive to any supplements, you should be extra careful when trying to โget better fast.โ You might consider trying things like 20-second hugs, loving kindness meditation & inner child therapy, steam saunas, yoga, nature walks, and deep sleep and clean diet, instead of potent supplements. On the other hand, if your doctors all find absolutely nothing wrong with you, then you might consider doing a blinded test to see if itโs just all in your head. To do this, you need to first get the supplement that you know causes you to feel bad (but not so bad that itโs dangerous to take). Then you have to craft a placebo pill that is indistinguishable to that one. Same color, smell, taste. Itโs easy with food-grade hydrogen peroxide because you can just dilute it down to a very low concentration. Now, do 5 trials in which your friend gives you a random real or fake supplement. See if you can tell if itโs real or fake by your senses. If not, then you can actually take the supplement and see how it affects you. After 5 trials of that you can be pretty sure whether the problem is just in your mind or itโs really physiological.

Gemini just fixed my diet. It's not actually smart enough tho so you have to be smart yourself otherwise you'll get poisoned with mycotoxins. But i learned: always put your seeds in water and remove the moldy floating ones. Never buy shelled pumpkin seeds. They are invisibly moldy.
