Oral Health Tips - AVOID Regular Dentists!!!
You won't find some of this info anywhere else
Aside from gut health, oral health is one of the main keys to general health. After all, everything that’s in your gut starts in your mouth. And that’s why wearing a flu/covid mask is the easiest way to kill yourself. Not only is there no evidence of protection from viruses, but there’s immense evidence that masks act as pathogen traps and petri dishes to re-infect you with many multiples of the pathogens that your body is trying to expel via respiration. I love how the mainstream acknowledges this problem, yet at the same time says not to worry about it.
Nutrition Is The Base
Good oral health starts with proper nutrition, as Weston A. Price found a century ago in his anthropological expeditions. Unfortunately, his research has been mis-interpreted by the Weston A Price foundation, which is where most people learned about him from.
Cultures who don’t eat (unfermented) grains and mostly eat raw foods (including butter from cows that eat rapidly-growing grass for vit K2) have excellent oral health. Raw foods are also often crunchier, which strengths the periodontal ligament and jaw to keep your teeth firmly in place and uncrowded.
Vitamins A (orange foods, or liver), B, C (10g daily sipped thru the day in water bottle), D (sunshine), K2 (MK-7 form, just eat natto powder), and niacin , are particularly important parts of the diet. If you you aren’t able to eat enough healthy foods, you should supplement with the best sources of these vitamins (most vitamin D does NOT work for me, only lichen form, but I far prefer sun as it has many other benefits).
Moist Alkaline Mouth = Healthy Mouth
If you suffer from dry mouth, your oral health will suffer as well, as enamel will erode from acid and bacteria will overgrow. Check my full guide on fixing Dry Mouth here.
Dry mouth also makes your mouth more acidic, which leeches enamel. But there are many causes of low oral pH (acid mouth). See my full Oral pH Testing & Fixing guide.
Remove Toxins From Your Mouth
It’s absolutely essential to remove toxic mercury (“silver”) fillings from your teeth and any root canals and cavitations from your jaw, by a well-trained Biological Dentist. Otherwise you will always be treating the symptoms caused by these infinite pathogen wells.
Mainstream dentists and medical boards have a huge conflict of interest because of all the profit generated from doing root canals and all the liability that would result from admitting they are poisoning people. They are finally phasing out mercury fillings but without any admission of being in error. Thus, talking to a regular dentist will be a waste of time. I have an endodontist “friend,” in fact, who does nothing but root canals all day for his job. I told him to watch to above video, and he never did, despite having so much free time to send me all his poems he wrote while hiking on shrooms. I reminded him repeatedly and he never responded. Now ex-friend!
Even the biological dentists will be forced to lie to you, in order to avoid losing their licenses. This happened, in fact, to me and my partner, when I took her to get her 3 root canals extracted. The bio dentists told her the 3D Cone Beam x-ray showed that only 1 root canal was infected. But I knew from that IABDM video above that they were all surely infected (even IABDM does not recommend removing all root canals despite teaching that all are infected!), and I insisted they remove all of them. They did, and they were shocked and ashamed to show that all of them were indeed severely infected upon removal. But legally they cannot remove anything without imaging proof that the removal is required, and it’s impossible to have that proof all the time from X-Rays.
Note: when selecting a biological dentist, make sure they are up to date on protocols, including drawing blood from you to extract Platelet-Rich Fibrin to inject into gums when doing root canal removal. Ask Gemini Pro (with my research prompts) to give you the best, latest protocols.
Best Oral Hygiene Care Routine
Use a very gentle high-count micro-bristle bursh, and ditch your toothpaste. You should make your own simple tooth paste comprising: Borax, Living Silica (MMST), Baking Soda, nano-hydroxyapetite (20nm diameter particles), and Coconut Oil.
Borax is the most essential ingredient, but baking soda aids with pH and abrasion (dentists think it’s too abrasive, but it’s not unless you just had some acidic stuff in your mouth). Coconut oil helps to pull out toxins from your gums. You can swallow all of this: borax is not toxic at low doses and actually has numerous health benefits, including decalcifying the pineal gland, which is calcified by fluoride. The first time you swallow some borax, you might actually feel your brain decalcifying (I did).
Proper Brushing Technique:
for sides of teeth, angle the brush 45%, and start from the gumline, to brush vigorously UP. This pulls gunk out of your gum line without harming your gums. Repeat this motion. Never brush DOWN or side to side as that harms the gums and does not properly clean them.
for the tops of the teeth you can brush front to back/back to front as normal.
My Story: How I Quit Toothpaste
I was getting one cavity every year until I switched to brushing, flossing, and rinsing with baking soda, and became cavity-free for 13 years after that, with dentists always asking what my secret was for such clean teeth! Ironically when I told them I brushed with baking soda, they said “Oh, don’t do that, it will ruin your teeth!” And of course, don’t chew on sticky sugary things like caramel. Raw honey is a good replacement for sugar as it actually releases peroxide and keeps the mouth healthy (notice how stinky your mouth gets with sugar within seconds?).
One time, I did unfortunately eat some hard caramel chunks, and then I quickly got a painful cavity. At that point, baking soda wasn’t enough. Brushing with borax was the cure I stumbled on to rebuild the enamel quickly, and I was all better within a few brushings. Wheat grass juice swishing (or even just chewing on most any safe grass) is also quite miraculous for the enamel.
But bacteria aren’t the only problem. Parasitic worms can infect even the mouth! My friend Brandon (an American), could tell you stories that would blow your mind. Most recently he had worms coming out of his diseased gums when he used a powerful Waterpik jet flosser. Especially with 1-3% food grade hydrogen peroxide shooting at your gums… unless you have metal fillings.
Warning: Most people are promoting bad oral hygiene routines, such as this woman who claims to have fixed her teeth with just orange peel + cloves powder. I tried this and within 1 week I got tooth pain on multiple teeth. I had to go back to brushing with borax and DMSO to fix the pain (gone in 1 hour!).
Mouthwash
Most mouthwashes are made with alcohol, which kills good bacteria as well as bad, destroys the gums, and even causes oral cancer.
Some people swish with food-grade hydrogen peroxide, which is a pretty good option if you don’t have metal fillings, but depending on the strength, it can also wipe out some beneficial bacteria. Gemini recommends 0.1% strength H2O2 (up to possibly 1%) in order to precisely target the bad guys. Note that H2O2 promotes wakefulness, so it may be best used in the morning.
Brushing or swishing with xylitol is another excellent way to kill bad bacteria without affecting good ones, but you must spit it out, because sugar alcohols like xylitol heart disease if swallowed (you might notice some chest pain if you consume enough of it, as I did).
Another option is L. salivarius bacteria swishing. The potentially much more effective and permanent cure (which I will supply cheaper) is swishing with Lumina probiotic, but the only validation studies so far were done by Lumina themselves, which is suspect.
The Big Gun Swish For Deep Infections
All of the previous mouthwashes are great, but they don’t penetrate deeply to disinfect pathogens inside the gums. To do this, you need to mix Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) with hydrated magnesium chloride (as much magnesium as will dissolve in the DMSO). If your mouth is dry, pure DMSO will start burning the gums, so make sure your mouth is wet before using DMSO. DMSO smells of sulfur and it tastes even worse, and it promotes wakefulness, so this is not the mouthwash to use on a nightly basis unless your gums are deeply infected.
Don’t Forget To Floss!
I am always surprised at how few people actually floss (and almost nobody does it correctly). Every single romantic partner I have had (maybe 10 at this point) did not floss until I convinced them to start.
Probably the main reason people don’t floss is because when they begin flossing, their gums bleed and the floss smells like poop. Well, that’s exactly the reason you need to floss! After a week or two, the gums should get healthier. If they don’t, it means there is a vitamin deficiency (explained at the top) or infection to address (DMSO + magnesium chloride for gum infections). This is the best way to really check your gum health, aside from pocket depth and gumline measurements.
Proper flossing technique must be learned:
Use a flosser pick for easier manipulation. Make sure the floss in it is made of a natural floss material like bamboo, organic corn fiber, organic cotton, etc, to avoid contaminating your gums and blood with more nano-plastics. The same flosser pick can be sterilized and re-used many times, but when it stops scraping the teeth efficiently (due to looseness) it’s time to replace.
Don’t floss Up and Down. This actually just damages the gums without cleaning them. You want to floss at a 30-45% angle, scraping along the sides of the teeth, deep into the pockets (but not deep enough to do damage or hurt).
Go very gently down (for tight teeth you need beeswax-coated floss and a see-saw motion to get in), then use maximum force when coming (angled) UP. This way you actually pull the gunk OUT, without risk of cutting your gums.
Dealing With Receding Gums
Dentists claim there is absolutely nothing that can reverse receding gums, aside from surgery. That’s completely false. Check out this Gingival Restoration Protocol I co-developed with Gemini.
